With a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development & Family Relations and a minor in Sociology, Maddy brings over 10 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of educational settings. She is passionate about creating a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment for every family by supporting the center’s day-to-day operations and helping everything run smoothly. She loves building meaningful connections and making each family’s enrollment journey a positive and enjoyable experience.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education, Christy’s career in Early Childhood Education began in 1997 as a preschool teacher, followed by several years as a kindergarten teacher. She is certified to teach in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, and eventually transitioned into administration, where she enjoys supporting both educators and families. Christy believes that strong partnerships, nurturing environments, and a commitment to excellence are the foundation of every successful early childhood program. She is deeply passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children while empowering teachers and staff to thrive.

With five years of experience in Human Resources, Mayah supports every stage of the employee experience at Newark Day Nursery and Children’s Center (NDNCC) - from hiring and payroll to benefits, employee relations, and staff engagement. Passionate about building a fun and positive workplace culture, she enjoys creating meaningful employee events and helping our team thrive so they can provide the best care for our children.

Bringing a diverse background in engineering, events management, public relations, and administration, Hope finds her true passion in bookkeeping and community-focused environments. With a sharp eye for numbers and details, as well as a deep heart for hospitality, she loves diving into complex spreadsheets while celebrating the laughter and joy of the children at NDNCC. Additionally, her close collaboration with our outside accounting firm ensures a seamless financial experience for our families.
